Amongst general Osteopathic techniques, he enjoys the use of manipulation, soft tissue techniques, myofascial work and lymphatic drainage to reduce inflammation. His fascination in gym training and exercise programs allow him to provide corrective rehabilitation exercises suitable for individuals. He is also trained in Acupuncture for Sports injuries and Sports taping.

The Human Body is incredible and has the ability to adapt to its environment internally and externally. He believes Osteopathy can help to guide and restore balance- providing the essentials of recovery through thorough hands on therapy and the education of the problem to prevent the issues from returning.

“I’m glad that I checked into Health in Motion osteopath. Having had 4 sessions, I can say I’m on my way to having a more flexible lower body. Edric has done a great job in treating my lower back. The exercises that he recommended proved to be very effective.

No regrets whatsoever. 👍👍”
