Ankle Sprains

Ankle Sprains are one of the most common injuries. They can be associated with sports or less innocuous means. For example, stepping off a curb incorrectly. The most common type is when the sole of the foot rolls inwards which is also known as an inversion sprain. Commonly, with this type of injury, muscles and ligaments can be overstretched and damaged and in extreme cases, fractures can occur.
